BATTLE OF BLOOD ISLAND (1960) - When the Japanese bomb their island, a Jewish and a Christian soldier must attempt to work together in order to survive, despite the rancor between them.
THE BIG LIFT (1950) - An American pilot (Montgomery Clift) falls helplessly in love with a beautiful fraulein in Berlin during the post-World War II airlift, and tough Sgt. Kowalski (Paul Douglas) finds his deep-seated loathing of the Germans challenged by his experiences, while helping people in Berlin to survive.
SKI TROOP ATTACK (1960) - Roger Corman directed this epic adventure about an Allied ski troop battling Nazis on snow-covered mountains. While shooting the film, Corman's directions--yelled through his bullhorn from the foot of a mountain--once actually started an avalanche. While surveying the mayhem, he shouted through the bullhorn, "Stop that snow!"
