Movie Description A young man on the verge of graduating from boarding school gets a fresh view of life after rescuing a beautiful, slightly older woman with a checkered past. Discovering she's on the run, he hides her in his dorm room and the two begin a romantic voyage of self-discovery. Based on "20 Minutes," a short story by James Salter.
Synopsis John Baker Jr., a bored and awkward prep school senior, is jolted awake when he finds beautiful twentysomething Patty Vare lying unconscious near the academy. It soon becomes clear that she's harboring a terrible secret, involving her and a famous pitcher -- who now happens to be missing. To help Patty evade the cops, John hides her in his dorm room. But meddling students and school officials make the job very difficult.
During her stay, John and this "older woman" get to know each other, and fall in love. But the fetching fugitive can't hide in his room forever.
Why are the police after Patty? Will they catch her? And what will happen between her and John?
