Synopsis Dave Robicheaux's friend, Dixie Lee Pugh, needs his help. Robicheaux's former roommate went from country western star to drunk driver, and is currently a struggling ex-con being framed for a crime he swears he didn't commit. Reluctantly, Robicheaux agrees to help Pugh because, if he doesn't, it looks like no one else will.
