Movie Description Three funny episodes from the annals of the Blackadder family. Previously aristocratic, Edmund Blackadder now finds himself butler and gentleman's gentleman to the pea-brained Prince Regent. 1. "Dish and Dishonesty" 2. "Ink and Incapability" 3. "Nob and Nobility"
Synopsis The Black Adder has arrived in the 18th century, the age of reason. Unfortunately Edmund Blackadder's fate was not to ascend to the English throne... or was it? Edmund is in the service of the Prince of Wales - that flatulent imbecile - who later becomes King George IV. Suffering under this reign of stupidity, the sharp-tongued Edmund does battle with such historical personae as Sir William Pitt the Younger, Prime Minister of Great Britain; The Duke of Wellington; and Dr. Samuel Jackson - wielding that weighty tome known as "The Dictionary of the English Language".
Film Notes "Blackadder the Third" was broadcast in the UK over BBC-1 between September 17 and October 22, 1987.
Each "Blackadder the Third" cassette contains 3 episodes, at approximately 30 minutes per episode.
