SHRIEK OF THE MUTILATED: Director Ed Adlum, writer/director of the 1972 cult film INVASION OF THE BLOOD FARMERS, wrote and produced this similarly hallowed low-budget horror item. Mysterious college professor Dr. Prell (Alan Brock) invites a group of graduate students on a journey to search for the legendary snow beast, the yeti. Once they arrive at the remote island location, the students learn the hard way that their mentor is part of cannibal cult, and they are on the menu.
