Synopsis
"The day before Christmas,/ snuggled on his floor,/ Bear sleeps soundly/ with a great big snore..." Not for long, though: Bear's various animal friends considerately awaken him from his hibernation so that they can celebrate Christmas together. They find a Christmas tree, bake a fruitcake, make popcorn, and sing songs until the other animals fall asleep, leaving Bear to continue baking cookies, wrapping gifts, and decorating the cave. He's in the midst of his Christmas preparations when Santa Claus himself strolls in.
