Synopsis
Duane Bradley and his repulsive, deformed brother Belial -- the Siamese twins whose separation led to gruesome misdeeds in "Basket Case" -- return for more mayhem. Here, the two join a commune inhabited by fellow freaks, but their felicity is shattered -- with horrific results -- when they're pursued by ruthless tabloid reporters who want their unusual story.
