Movie Description
Blue Collar funnyman Bill Engvall is Bill, the owner of small bait shop. In order to keep his livelihood, Bill must raise the same amount of money currently being offered as the grand prize in a bass fishing competition. But when his hotshot bait shop business competitor (Billy Ray Cyrus) also enters the contest, things quickly escalate to an all-out showdown of ultimate machismo.
