Movie Description
Meeting after a 38-year period of separation, Lionel Hardcastle (Geoffrey Palmer) and Jean Pargeter (Judi Dench) enjoy rekindling their relationship in this affectionate BBC comedy. The couple took a promising stab at romance in 1953, until Lionel was swept away to Korea to assume military duties during the Second World War. As they coincidentally reconvene after Lionel unwittingly hires Jean's daughter to work for him, much laughter ensues in this family-oriented jaunt through their blossoming relationship. All nine seasons of the show are contained on this release.
