Movie Description
Ex-Navy Seal turned cop Frank Syler (Dylan Walsh) has a problem. He's madly in love with his girlfriend Cyndee (Brooke Shields), but she has very expensive tastes which he just can't cater to. When he finds a security loophole at the bank where Cyndee works, he thinks he just may have found the way to give her the lifestyle she wants--but he doesn't factor in a possible run-in with watchful FBI Agent Royce (Rip Torn), who has seen attempts like this one before...
