Synopsis
On a day when everything goes wrong for him, Alexander is consoled by the thought that other people have bad days too., Poor Alexander is having a very bad day--gum gets stuck in his hair, there's no toy in his cereal box, no dessert in his lunch bag, lima beans for dinner, and even kissing on T.V. Throughout these ordeals Alexander contemplates relocating to Australia, but then his mother tells him the awful truth--"some days are like that. Even in Australia." Illustrated with b&w drawings.
