AIRS ON A SHOESTRING is a compilation of material by the British-based version of legendary Krautrock band Amon Duul that original member John Weinzierl put together in the '80s. As heard here, this latter-day formation of the group was capable of long, psychedelic jams full of the freewheeling spaciness for which the earlier Amon Duul was famous, as well as being skilled at more song-oriented material.
