Industry Reviews These four romantic novellas focus on women who find their true loves at Christmastime. Palmer's Angel in the Attic tells of Fara Canaday, a wealthy heiress who is certain that every man who courts her is after her money until she finds a wounded (Christian) man in the snow. Dianna Crawford's A Daddy for Christmas has lighthouse keeper Tess Winslow taking in sea captain Lovett Keegan after his boat is capsized in a storm. Peggy Stoks's Tea for Marie concerns the confusion Marie Biggs feels, searching for Christian values, when she must choose between two suitors. In the final story, Kathie Chute's Going Home, Charles Foster Devereaux returns home to his plantation in Louisiana and falls in love with the strongly Christian daughter of the new owners. All four stories are entertaining, with believable and often witty characterizations. A fine choice for Christmastime reading that includes a recipe from each author. Moore
