4 Stars - Excellent - an exercise in `audio verite', 'a handful of homemade songs collected live and directly to DAT', is streets ahead of anything Neuwirth's done before. It's partly thanks to the quality of the self-written songs, interesting, intelligent, literate, perceptive, and partly due to Neuwirth's voice having world-wearied itself into a wise agedness which well becomes the material...an outstanding piece of work.
