Things take a radical turn when Hoax begins calling a toll-free phone number that provides daily "horrorscopes," and he becomes possessed by a demonic force that enters his mind and body via the telephone line. Soon he's taking violent revenge on all those who crossed him. The film is directed by Robert Englund, best known as Freddy Krueger from the NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET series.
