A three-disc set named after the date of his tragic death, 11-16-00 VOL. 2 brings together over three hours of quintessential chopped-&-screwed mixtape sets from the master, DJ Screw. Much of the content included here--which touches on everything from slow jams by the likes of R. Kelly and Isaac Hayes to slow-bangers from local H-Town artists--was released in the late 1990s and provides valuable insight into the origins of Houston's codeine-fueled, psychedelic hip-hop underground.
